Ms Amy Eskridge

Principal

Amy Eskridge is in her first year as principal at  James M. Bennett High School. She served as principal of MMHS during the 2016-2017 school year.  She also served as principal of Salisbury Middle School from 2009-2016 and was Dean of Student’s and Assistant Principal at  James M. Bennett High School from 2004-2008. She also served as a special education teacher at Wicomico High School from 1993-2004. She earned her administrative certification through Salisbury University and holds a Master's in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Her Bachelor's Degree is from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the Special Education grade K-12.   She is extremely excited to be back home at James M. Bennett High School.  She knows the rich pride and tradition that the Clippers have both academically and outside of the classroom where students are able to show their many talents.   She has three children.  One that has already graduated from Wicomico County Schools and two that currently attend Wicomico County Schools. 

Ms Erin Nathan

Assistant Principal
Mrs. Erin Nathan was born and raised in Newark, DE. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education - English from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She began her career in education in 2009 as an English teacher at Parkside High School, where she also coached softball from 2009-2013. After taking on such leadership roles as, Assessment Team Leader, Student Achievement Team Leader, and Salisbury University's PDS Site-Coordinator, Mrs. Nathan enrolled in Salisbury University's Educational Leadership program. She currently lives in Berlin with her husband, Jacob, and daughter, Lilly.

Mr Keith Bailey

Assistant Principal
Mr. Keith Bailey is in his first year as Assistant Principal at James M. Bennett High School. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Salisbury University in the spring of 2011 and began teaching the following fall at Wicomico High School where he taught mathematics for 5 years and was Dean of Students for 1 year. He recently received his Master’s in Educational Leadership. Mr. Bailey is a proud product of Wicomico County Public Schools where he attended James M. Bennett as a student. He currently resides in Wicomico County with his wife Sarah and two sons, August and Patterson.

Mr Kimandi Binns

Assistant Principal

Mr. Kimandi Binns known to many as “Kimmy” was born and raised in Bermuda.  He received a full athletic scholarship to play soccer at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where he received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degree in Special Education.  Mr. Binns has taught for five years at the elementary level in Bermuda, and has spent twelve years as a special education teacher at Mardela Middle and High School.  There he was the head coach for boys soccer for five years and two years as an assistant coach in basketball. He served on various committees while working at MMHS.  He is a sports enthusiast and was inducted into the UMES Hall of Fame for soccer.  Mr. Binns is married to Twynette Binns who is also a teacher, and they have two daughters, one son, and a granddaughter.
