Ms. Kelley Morris-Springston is starting her fourth year as Principal of Wicomico Middle School.  Previously Ms. Morris-Springston was the Principal of Choices.  She earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from York College of Pennsylvania and a Master of Education from Wilmington College.  Prior to her appointments, she was an Assistant Principal at Wicomico Middle School and a Computer Science teacher.  Ms. Morris-Springston lives in Delmar with her husband Alex and pet Oscar.

Ms Lisa Forbush

Lisa Forbush received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education from University of Maryland Eastern Shore.  A graduate of Salisbury University, she earned a Masters of Education as a Reading Specialist (Grades K-12) and Administration and Supervision.  She began her career in education in 1994 in Somerset County. She has experience as a special education teacher, reading specialist/coach, Coordinator/Principal for the Migrant Education Program, and Coordinator of Academic Support for Somerset County Schools overseeing and working with Gifted and Talented, Technology Integration, Special Education Instruction, Reading, Migrant Education, English for Language Learners along with Summer and After School Programs. Mrs. Forbush has been an assistant principal in the Wicomico County Public Schools since 2010 and is currently an Assistant Principal at James M. Bennett. She resides in Marion with her husband Mike and sons Nick and Alex.

Mr Bob Purnell, III

James “Bob” Purnell is a graduate of Wicomico County Schools. Before becoming Assistant Principal at Wicomico Middle he served as the Dean of Students of Parkside High School. Prior to becoming a Dean of Students Mr. Purnell served as a math teacher and department chair at Parkside High School. During his teaching career he taught Algebra I, Algebra II, and AP Calculus AB. He earned is bachelors in Secondary Math Education with a minor in Statistics from Salisbury University in 2004 and his masters in Educational Leadership/Administration in 2013 from Salisbury University. He currently lives in Hebron with his wife Antoinette and two dogs Ramses and Pip.
